District 3790 is home to almost 100 plus Rotary Clubs in Northwestern part of Luzon, Philippines, covering the provinces of Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Mt. Province, Abra, La Union, Benguet, Pangasinan, Zambales, Tarlac, Pampanga and Bataan. We are in part with One Rotary Philippines.
